Since COVID-19 hit the world, InXave has seen shipping prices skyrocket, the availability of raw materials diminish and our customers’ needs continue to grow.

As a result, we have also seen a change in our daily operations. We are functioning at an all-time high in orders, which has in turn slowed our turned around times down a bit.

Production:

• We are now making smaller batches of ink due to availability of raw materials. Expect delays due to ink shortage and manufacturing.
• All orders are filled on a first come first serve basis.
• We are filling every ink cartridge, ink bag & ink bottle per order as they come in.
• We ask that you allow 3-7 days to prepare your order for shipment. This is due to number of orders Vs. production limitations from Covid-19 effects.

Shipping:

• We cannot guarantee same day shipping due to our production limitations and carrier guarantees.
• Keep in mind InXave operation is on Eastern Standard Time.
• We recommend that you order earlier & more than usual.
• Express shipments are expensive and disrupt the flow of our production.

Carriers:

• Carrier shipping times and prices have also seen a rise in the past few years.
• Once your order has left our facility, the time the carrier takes to deliver your package is out of our control!
• Arrival dates are estimations and are Not Guaranteed.
• We will not be responsible for lost packages, custom delays, fees, or any other uncontrolled issues.
